How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

There is no time limit to return your order. After 14 days, a return shipping fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund.

How do I make a return?

A return label will be emailed to you immediately after refund request.

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

Yes, you can return items so long as you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.


Refunds will be processed 2-3 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.


You will receive your exchanged items 4-6 days after we receive your original order. No return shipping fee is required for you.
